AeroSEP Consultants was established in August 2006 at Hong Kong. It was founded by Mr. Patrick King and Mr. Dominic Hui. We consist of well qualified and experienced trainers, and approved by Hong Kong Civil Aviation Department.

Our director, Mr. Agapito Aquino and Dr. Frank Caron are the key members of the company. Dr. Frank Caron is the Principle Consultant of the Human Factors Training.
